Rental Rates
We are committed to helping you create a memorable event. Contact us and we’ll be happy to answer your questions or to schedule a tour of The Center at info@hanoverarts.org. Due to the limits of our office hours, site visits are by appointment only. We offer site visits Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-2 (office closes at 3:00pm) and one evening a week ONLY if we are not scheduled with community programming. The Center is a non-profit community center and our community programming is often planned during evening hours during which we will NOT be able to schedule a site visit. Evening visits book up quickly so please plan accordingly. We are unable to conduct site visits when the building is booked for a private event on Fridays and Saturdays and The Center is closed on Sundays so no site visits will be scheduled. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we try to accommodate our community obligations and those of our private renters! Please schedule a time with the Executive Director.
Ballroom – Saturday and Sunday
Seasonal Rates:
March – December: $2000
January- February: $1400
Rehearsal: $50
Friday 9AM-3PM set up for a Saturday event: $500
Friday Full Rental: $1200
Deposit: $500 non-refundable to hold the date plus a $400 damage deposit to be returned after the event less damage that may occur.
Building Available:
9:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight
Guidelines:
- You set-up – we take down
- You select your own caterer
- Maximum 150 guests for a formal sit-down or buffet-style dinner
- Maximum 225-250 guests for hors d’oeuvres, some seating
- $500 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve the date
- $400 Refundable Damage Deposit is also due at the time you reserve a date
- Balance of rental fee is due 6 months prior to your event

Guidelines:
- Maximum capacity is 25 people
- If event begins or ends outside of office hours, there is a $50 fee to open and/or close the building
- Includes kitchen use.
